Refund & Cancellation Terms

At STR Couriers, we strive to provide the best international courier services. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully before finalizing your booking.

No Refund Policy

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Once the registration is complete and the work/service is purchased, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. We advise all customers to double-check their booking details, weight, and destination before making a payment.

Technical Exceptions

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the case of duplicate transactions. If multiple payments are made against the same Application Number or Booking ID due to a technical glitch or network error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after thorough verification of our accounts.

How to Request a Refund (Exception Cases Only)

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same booking, please send your request along with the transaction receipts and booking ID to:
