Use high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes. For heavy items, use double-walled boxes. Ensure the box is rigid and in good condition with no punctures or tears.
Wrap items individually with bubble wrap or foam. Use cushioning material (peanuts, air pillows) to fill empty spaces and prevent movement inside the box.
Use strong pressure-sensitive tape (nylon or vinyl) at least 2 inches wide. Apply tape evenly across flaps and seams using the H-taping method.
Remove old labels if reusing a box. Place the new shipping label on the top flat surface. Include a spare label inside the package just in case.
