The services provided by the STR Couriers website (https://strcouriers.com/) are generally non-refundable. Once a registration is completed and a service/shipment is purchased, cancellations are not permitted.
If the website or the payment gateway experiences a slowdown, technical failure, or session timeout, please follow these steps before attempting a second payment:
Please note that the payment gateway service provider is not responsible for fraudulent or duplicate transactions. Fees once paid will not be refunded, and requests based on dissatisfaction with the service after the order is processed will not be entertained.
Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in cases of multiple transactions made against the same application number due to technical errors.
